All entrants in the new high efficiency furnace and water heater contest are eligible for a free furnace check by one of our comfort consultants 

Just for entering our contest you are eligible for FREE furnace check. One of our comfort consultants will come to your home and inspect your current equipment and installation. You'll get a written report on the condition of your home's furnace.

How to Enter:

• Limit one entry per household regardless of means of entry. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
• To qualify, entries must be submitted by 12:00 pm (Noon) December 30th , 2011. An entry may be made using one of the following methods:
  • Calling (651) 228-9200 or (651) 292-1120;
  • Visiting our facilities at 644 Grand Ave Saint Paul MN 55105;
  • Enter online at www.mspplumbing.com or send a pre-addressed, stamped envelope to 644 Grand Ave Saint Paul MN 55101 to request an entry blank. Mailed entries must be postmarked by December 30th  2011.

Eligibility Requirements

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and legal residents Minnesota. Entrants must be Homeowners.
• Entrants must reside within our service area, if entrant does not they are not eligible to enter and entry form will not be accepted.
• Home must be owner-occupied.
• The natural gas, LP gas or fuel oil forced air furnace submitted for contest entry must be functional and the main heat source for your home.
• Owner shall provide original installation date information, if possible.
• Entrance to your home must be allowed in order to verify the age of your furnace.
• No purchase necessary.
• Employees of Minneapolis Saint Paul Plumbing Heating Air and their respective advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. By entering, winners certify that they meet all eligibility requirements.
• Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries.
• Not applicable to contracts signed prior to contest start date.

General Conditions

All entrants in the New High Efficiency Furnace and Water Heater Contest are eligible for a Free Furnace Check by one of our Comfort Consultants. 

One Grand Prize Winner will be selected based on a drawing from all eligible entries. One Grand Prize Winner will receive a Performance Series High Efficiency Carrier gas furnace,  including Installation and a New 40 Gallon Bradford White Water Heater not to exceed an approximate retail price of $5500.00 Prize is non-transferrable. Selection is limited to one unit and one prize per winner. Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Upgrades to a higher efficiency or capacity furnace are extra. Installation (labor and materials) by Minneapolis Saint Paul Plumbing Heating Air inc. is included.  A one-year comprehensive warranty; optional Carrier extended warranties are extra. Installation by Minneapolis Saint Paul Plumbing Heating Air is required.

Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. To qualify, the entry must be received by 12:00 PM (Noon ) January 1st , 2011 and no later than December 30th 2011 at 12pm (noon). Award date is December 30th, 2011. The winner will be notified in person or by certified mail within 7 days after the award date. The winner must respond within four business days (by the close of business at 4:30 PM CST on January 4th, 2012 or he/she will forfeit the prize. If a prize is not claimed within the time limit, an alternate prizewinner will be selected. No cash will be awarded.

Grand Prize winner must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven days following attempted notification. Grand Prizewinner will be required to return documents within seven days. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Entrants further grant Minneapolis Saint Paul Plumbing Heating AIr, Inc. the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in conjunction with the contest. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Minneapolis Saint Paul Plumbing Heating Air, Inc. and its advertising and promotional agencies to use winner’s name and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Minneapolis Saint Paul Plumbing Heating AIr, Inc., its directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or any prize won. By providing a postal address and/or email address, entrants will be registered to receive the Minneapolis Saint Paul Plumbing Heating AIr, Inc. quarterly newsletter. All entrants have the option to unsubscribe from the newsletter list at any time. Conduct

By entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules will be posted at the Contest Site throughout the Contest. Entrants further agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. Minneapolis Saint Paul Plumbing Heating AIr, Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be: tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
